Joining Fairway
If I talk to Fairway, will my current company find out?

Holly Mattson President of Recruiting, Fairway
No. Every conversation with me is confidential. Nobody at your current company is contacted, you are not added to a mailing list or a CRM campaign, and there is no follow-up sequence. You reach out on your own email or DMs, and it stays between us until you decide otherwise.
This is the first question almost everyone asks, usually before they ask anything else — so here is the whole answer.
Nobody is contacted. Not your manager, not your branch, not your company. I do not call references, I do not “check around,” and I do not mention your name to anyone at Fairway unless you ask me to make an introduction.
Nothing is logged in a campaign. You will not be added to a drip sequence, a newsletter, or a recruiting CRM that keeps emailing you for eighteen months. If you go quiet, I assume the timing isn’t right and I leave you alone.
This website collects nothing. No forms, no cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The only way to reach me from here is your own email client or Instagram DMs — which means you control the record, not us.
Confidential stays confidential even if you say no. Plenty of people talk to me, decide Fairway isn’t the move, and stay exactly where they are. That conversation is never mentioned again.
If you want an even quieter first look, a Virtual Fairway Day is camera-optional and nobody knows who attended.
Still have a version of this question that's specific to you? Ask it. Holly answers personally, confidentially, usually the same day.
