How do I know if Fairway is the right fit for me?

Ask yourself where you are capped today: technology, marketing, leads, products, operations, or culture. Fairway tends to be the right move for originators who want a big-platform engine behind a hometown way of doing business. If your current shop already gives you that, I will tell you so — I would rather be honest than add a name to a list.

I have been doing this for thirty-two years, so let me give you the honest version of the “fit” conversation instead of the recruiting version.

Fairway fits originators who are capped by their platform, not by their effort. If you are producing well but you are your own marketing department, your own tech support, and your own lead source, Fairway removes those jobs. That is the most common reason people move here.

Fairway fits people who want national strength and hometown service at the same time. We are a top-two retail lender licensed in all 50 states, and we are also an employee-owned company born in Madison, Wisconsin that wrote speed to respond and committed to serve into its core values. If you want the muscle without becoming a number, that is the thesis.

Fairway fits leaders who want to grow without rebuilding support from scratch. For branch managers, the question is usually whether the platform will carry a team, not just a producer. See can I bring my whole team.

Fairway is not the right fit for everyone. If you are at a shop that already gives you the technology, marketing, and products you need — and you like the people — stay. I say that on calls more often than you would think.

The fastest way to find out is a thirty-minute conversation where you tell me where you are stuck. Ask me, confidentially.

Didn’t find your question?

Ask it directly. Email or DM — Holly answers personally, usually the same day, and nobody at your current company will ever know you asked.
