What is Fairway's compensation plan for loan officers?

Fairway does not publish compensation plans on a website, and neither do I — comp depends on your market, your production, your structure (individual, team, or branch), and what you are carrying. What I can promise is a straight answer on a confidential call, with the full plan in writing, and a comparison against what you have today that includes the support you would stop paying for yourself.

I would be doing you a disservice if I put a number here, and you would be right not to trust a recruiter who did. Here is how this conversation actually goes.

Comp is structural, so it is specific to you. Individual originator, team lead, or branch manager; your market; your production and mix; whether you are enrolled in FairwayLeads; what your branch carries. Two originators in the same city can have different right answers.

You get it in writing. When we talk, you get the actual plan, not a verbal sketch. Consistent, honest communication is core value #9, and comp is where it matters most.

We compare the whole picture. The number that matters is not basis points in isolation. It is basis points plus what you currently pay for yourself: your website, your CRM, your marketing, your lead sources, your assistant. At Fairway, most of that is provided. When we compare, we compare all of it.

And it stays confidential. Asking me what the comp plan looks like does not put you anywhere. See will my current company find out.

Ask me and I will walk you through it.
